Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements. Develop project plans that align with business goals.
- Budget Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimization, and address any variances.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Time Management: Monitor schedules to ensure milestones are met and adjust plans to address any delays.
- Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet required standards through quality reviews and continuous improvement practices.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to achieve project goals and prevent issues.
- Problem-Solving: Identify issues early, implement solutions, and manage conflicts within teams.
- Project Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance and lessons learned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a technical or defense-related industry.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
- Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
