How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Lead the successful execution of Grid Automation Orders booked in UAE.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure that all order execution related activities are performed in accordance with the company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
- Build strong relations with customers and manage customer satisfaction by executing projects on time.
- Conduct project reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure contract fulfilment.
- Identify risks, negotiate, and resolve escalated issues, particularly those raised by the customer.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities across scope, time, and cost parameters, ensuring effective coordination with the Head of Project Management Team for regular project reviews.
- Ensure that project portfolios follow good methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures, and that projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers.
- Lead the coordination of customer requests related to execution or additional project requests that may lead to additional sales.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Uphold the company's core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with a strong technical background.
- Minimum five years’ experience in project management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Capability to develop work practices and implement lessons learned into processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
- Experience with company Products (IEDs & SCADAs) and exposure to Project Management in UAE is preferred.
- Experience with utilities is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
