Project Manager (EXPO)

The company is seeking a Project Manager for the Expo 2030 Riyadh initiative, a global platform that will bring together countries, organizations, and individuals to promote sustainability and innovation from October 2030 to March 2031. The event is anticipated to attract over 40 million visitors.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities and site management, including supervising construction personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule management, field procurement, and finance. Your leadership will ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations that meet budgetary and client satisfaction goals.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction interface management, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling compliance.
• Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage directly with the customer and contractors on internal construction interfaces.
• Plan the construction interface process from inception to completion, developing interface plans aligned with the project critical path.
• Understand and manage interface risks effectively.
• Coordinate inputs to ensure continuous construction availability through the review of schedules and service requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in a similar direct construction or construction management role.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in large-scale, complex projects.
• Knowledge of international standards and specifications, including safety procedures and practices.
• Experience in implementing ES&H and quality management systems.
• Preferred experience in KSA / Middle East / GCC.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic speaking is advantageous.

Language Requirements:
English (proficient) and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
