In this role, you will be leading the execution of small size projects and supporting senior project managers by coordinating with different departments and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates, suppliers follow up, and scheduling meetings as needed.

How you’ll make an impact
- Supporting the execution of the projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Working with senior project manager on planning, monitoring and controlling the project activities (Scope, Time and Cost) proactively including project handover, execution planning, monitoring and control activities to accomplish the project goals.
- Executing the process activities in SAP and maintaining the documentation as per ISO and Internal process requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Co-ordinating with project planning and document controller of assigned projects and maintaining the updates.
- Co-ordinating with Engineering and customer for timely approval of drawings and documents and resolution of all projects related queries or issues during execution.
- Point of contact for customer for project issues and assuring Hitachi Energy commitments to customer are met, in accordance with contract.
- Seeking to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer Interaction.
- Building trust, confidence and loyalty with customers by preparing and submitting project progress reports to customer as per contractual requirements.
- Monitoring and documenting change requests from customers related to project scope and getting approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.
- Co-ordinating with customer for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and arranging the timely dispatch clearances.
- Co-ordinating with commercial team for invoicing and logistic team for dispatching goods. Co-ordinating with service team for installation, testing and commissioning at site.
- Co-ordinating with customers for timely collection of payment.
- Co-ordinating for As-built drawings, collection of PAC & FAC and participate in project closure and handing over to service team.
- Reporting status or progress to internal stakeholders/management with appropriate detail.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/energy engineering.
- The PMP Certificate is preferred.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in Project Management in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
