We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will lead the execution of small-sized projects and support senior project managers by coordinating with different departments and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Collaborating with senior project managers on planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities proactively.
- Executing process activities in SAP and maintaining documentation as per ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Coordinating with project planning and document controllers, engineering, and customers for timely approvals and resolution of project-related queries.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding project issues, ensuring that Hitachi Energy's commitments are met as per the contract.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through consistent interaction, building trust, and loyalty.
- Preparing and submitting project progress reports to customers as required by the contract.
- Monitoring and documenting change requests from customers related to project scope and securing approvals for time extensions and additional costs.
- Coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), invoicing with the commercial team, and logistics for goods dispatch.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while promoting safety and integrity.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in Project Management in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
