Project Manager - Fixed Network

The company is seeking a talented Project Manager - Fixed Network to lead a team in managing the planning, design, and construction of various projects related to the deployment and optimization of fixed fibre networks for a large new city project focused on entertainment, sport, and arts located just outside Riyadh. This role encompasses managing all fibre connectivity activities, including permits, drawings, safety, installation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery for assets and systems while ensuring operational consistency.
• Develop strategies and plans for design and construction, gaining budget approvals for work progression.
• Prepare plans, budgets, and progress reports for management and client review.
• Build and manage teams including Project Managers, Design Managers, and Construction Managers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and government entities, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience in large construction projects.
• Health, safety, sustainability, environmental, and quality knowledge.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in complex design and construction environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Ares Prism, Oracle Primavera, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Project Management certification (PMP or relevant) is required.

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the MEA region is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
