Responsibilities
- Execute the projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Review the contract received from sales and understand the terms & conditions, including awareness of risks impacting margin, performance, and risks.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities (Scope, Time and Cost) proactively including project handover, execution planning, and monitoring to accomplish project goals.
- Develop project schedules in agreement with stakeholders and prepare a project-wise Master document list, maintaining updates.
- Execute process activities in SAP and maintain documentation per ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Coordinate with Engineering and customers for timely approval of drawings and resolution of project-related issues.
- Act as the primary contact and escalation point for customers regarding project issues, ensuring commitments are met as per the contract.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to customers as required.
- Monitor and document customer change requests regarding project scope, obtaining approvals for time extensions and additional costs.
- Proactively evaluate and identify project risks, implementing mitigating actions and preparing a risks and opportunities management plan.
- Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and arrange timely dispatch clearances while working with the commercial team for invoicing and logistics for goods dispatch, ensuring timely payment collection and project closure.
- Report project status or progress to internal stakeholders/management with appropriate details.
- Adhere to the project management processes in the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum relevant experience of 7 to 12 years in project execution of GIS projects, substation projects, or similar projects related to the design, supply, and installation of high voltage equipment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with customers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is required.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
