Project Manager (Global Markets & Treasury)

The Project Manager will drive regulatory and new product implementation for Global Markets & Treasury projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Basic understanding of Capital Markets and stakeholder management.
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Identifying all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete projects on schedule, within scope, and approved budget.
• Performing resource planning to identify all required resources.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and establishing baselines to track progress.
• Developing the communications methodology and managing project development throughout its lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).
• Tracking and managing defects and necessary fixes.
• Documenting project inter-dependencies and assumptions/constraints.
• Managing project risks and conflicts, organizing workshops, and facilitating progress reporting and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management, and external regulations regarding electronic and mobile banking solutions.

Role-Specific Knowledge:

• Excellent understanding of project management principles within a large, multi-faceted organization and proven track record of delivery.
• Familiarity with different project delivery approaches including agile and waterfall.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and structured thinking.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to secure buy-in and support for project delivery.
