Dautom is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for projects.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents, ensuring alignment with IT and software vendors.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee project implementations, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users for effective adoption of solutions.
- Vendor Management: Act as the liaison between the organization and vendors, managing contracts and service level agreements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while integrating risk management practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Manage reporting tools to monitor project performance and support decision-making.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with project implementations.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in Computer Science or relevant diploma.
- Professional certification in IT disciplines with a focus on IT Service Management and Quality Assurance.
- Experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Language Requirements:
- Good command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of data analytics and familiarity with data lifecycle.
- Experience with big data and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Awareness of ETL processes and data integration tools.
- Proficiency in relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- PRINCE2
- Relevant certifications in data and analytics.
Experience:
- Domain expertise related to analytics platforms (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
- Technical project delivery experience.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience.
