Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager for its GTB Digital Transformation initiative within the Corporate & Investment Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities associated with a large-scale transformation program. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive project management outputs that involve centralizing business, functional, operational, and technical aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Plan incorporating all initiatives defined as pillars of the transformation program.
  • Create detailed Project Plans for each initiative, defining milestones, resource allocation, timelines, and contingency actions.
  • Facilitate coordination among stakeholders and present recommendations to the Steering Committee.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design, development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring coordinated activities and outputs.
  • Implement a customer engagement strategy throughout the project process, supporting a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate across various departments to ensure alignment and integration of ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in digital technology, ensuring best practices in Continuous Delivery, Cloud Strategy, and agile methodologies.
  • Maintain clear and organized reporting practices, ensuring all project stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and achievements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, managing complex end-to-end systems implementations.
  • Expertise in digital trends and experience implementing innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a strong background in PMO-specific tools.
  • Experience managing cross-border teams and a strong understanding of banking products and services are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-oriented solutions.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages would be beneficial.
