Project Manager

About the Job:

The opportunity involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and delivering results from order entry to project commissioning. The Project Manager will lead the successful execution of High Voltage Orders booked in the UAE and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all order execution activities comply with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage satisfaction through timely project execution.
• Conduct project reviews with factory management and project managers to ensure contract fulfilment.
• Identify risks and resolve escalated issues raised by customers.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Live the company's core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent with a strong technical background.
• Experience in the High Voltage Industry and exposure to Project Management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify and mitigate risks.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
