The Project Manager will oversee project profitability and all financial elements, develop and manage project scope, and ensure that goals are met.

Work Conditions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
- Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, and gross profit.
- Develop and manage the project budget; oversee the profitability of the project.
- Responsible for project invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Establish project requirements, monitor deliverables, and oversee project management plans.
- Assign responsibilities to key subordinates and monitor project scope with clients and subcontractors.
- Maintain client relationships and market/security additional work.
- Develop career development plans for direct reports and coordinate training needs.
- Participate in proposal development, client meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor project progress and report significant milestones to management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Project management certification requirements.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with current technology applicable to project management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
- 10+ years of related work experience with broad technical and business knowledge.
- Professional registration may be required.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is likely required; additional languages may be advantageous.
