Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review contracts from sales to understand terms, conditions, and associated risks.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities (Scope, Time, and Cost), including handover and execution planning.
- Develop project schedules and maintain a project-specific master document list.
- Execute activities in SAP and maintain documentation per ISO and internal processes throughout the project cycle.
- Coordinate with Engineering and customers for timely approvals and resolution of queries/issues.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding project issues, ensuring commitments are met.
- Improve customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and build trust and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports as required.
- Monitor and document change requests from customers and obtain necessary approvals.
- Proactively evaluate and mitigate project risks, preparing a specific risks and opportunities management plan.
- Coordinate with various teams for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
- Report project status or progress to internal stakeholders/management.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.

Your Background:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in executing GIS projects, Substation projects or similar projects related to design, supply, and installation of High Voltage equipment.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with Saudi Arabia & Middle Eastern customers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to persuade stakeholders for the benefit of the project.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
