Job Objective:
As a Project Manager within the Platforms Services & Delivery team, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and meet both customer requirements and our commitments. Your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, which is crucial for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, quality specifications, and project profitability.
• Lead customer interactions and provide visibility of project progress.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including costs and revenue.
• Oversee project risks, change requests, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and manage the change management process.
• Organize and lead bug reviews and manage the project execution baseline.
• Conduct project reviews, obtain customer acceptance, and gather lessons learned from the project.
• Report on project progress to Senior Management through dashboards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

1. At least 5 years of experience in project management in the software development or service operation industry.
2. Certification in PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
3. An Engineer or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
4. Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
5. Ability to manage scope, build project plans, monitor status, and manage customer relationships.
6. Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills; problem-solving and team-building abilities.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.
