Key Accountabilities:
- Project Delivery: Lead projects through the complete lifecycle—from initiation to closure—developing and maintaining detailed project plans and tracking progress.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure optimal resource availability and allocation, including management of project revenue forecasting and invoicing.
- Reporting & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing accurate and timely project status updates and ensuring client requirements are met.
- Change Management: Implement appropriate change management methodologies to control scope, schedule, and cost changes while meeting customer deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns; proactively manage issues and escalate when necessary.
- Project Performance & Documentation: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and systems and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Team & Sub-Project Management: When required, manage sub-projects and collaborate with other Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification – Mandatory.
- ITIL / Scrum / Agile certification – Advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in Cloud, AI, IoT, System Integration, Applications, and Data Centers.
- Skills:
- Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven capability to deliver projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.
