As a Project Manager (Infrastructure), you will:
- Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure project components.
- Develop scope of work and contribute to detailed project execution plans.
- Establish, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring coordination across all disciplines.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoice review.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Apply strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, and commercial management principles.
- Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to remove obstacles impacting project progress.
- Identify project risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive and effective resolution.
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within a PMC environment.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills to handle design and construction issues.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects.
