About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. This position will require effective management of project scope, time, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Manage budget control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly and bi-weekly reports.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control, and health & safety adherence.
• Interface with the client, contractor, and subcontractors on all key issues.
• Review project progress against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 20+ years of experience in project management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.

Competencies

• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems.
• Financial and contractual acumen.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and reporting tools.
