What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during program execution.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
- Market and secure additional work with clients and follow up on project-related instructions and commitments.
- Collaborate with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones and any conditions affecting project cost or schedule.
- Engage in infrastructure planning for land development projects.
- Manage all infrastructure design aspects for a specific portfolio.
- Oversee wet and dry utilities design.
- Oversee roads and transportation design.
- Facilitate stakeholder management.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Degree in engineering from a recognized university.
- 12-15 years of experience in major infrastructure for land development projects.
- Proficient technical and communication skills.
- Prior experience in writing design reports.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with obtaining NOC's from clients.
- Knowledge of regional standards and guidelines.
- Candidates with prior UAE experience, particularly in Abu Dhabi, are preferred.
