Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)

The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects according to client requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including the development of scope, budgets, schedules, and implementation strategies.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Lead project staffing, team development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure design projects.
• At least 2 years of Project Manager experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure design projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Must have Abu Dhabi experience.

Desired Skills:

• Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience with major infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.
