Project Manager – IT Airline Operations

About the Job:
To drive and deliver assigned projects within the assigned Line-Of-Business (LOB) in accordance with approved time, cost, quality, and IT PMO governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned projects, including project initiation, execution, and handover to production.
• Ensure adherence to the company's project management governance framework.
• Drive contingency planning and project risk mitigation across all assigned projects.
• Plan and schedule project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Report project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders as per IT PMO guidelines.
• Address project audit findings in a timely manner.
• Manage various project categories including Package Acquisition, In-House Development, Fixed Bid & Turnkey projects.
• Ensure timely resource demands are met for all projects.
• Monitor and ensure accurate timesheet reporting from resources on projects.
• Complete project closure processes within one month after successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• PMP or Prince 2 Certification.
• Fluent in English.

ISR Requirements:
Read and comply with the ISR policies of the company and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team. Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in daily operations.
