Responsibilities
- Manage O&M projects and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Security Systems and ELV systems.
- Direct and manage the project team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance levels.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Monitor execution quality and ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Mitigate project risks and operational issues, establishing appropriate procedures and solutions.
- Coordinate closely with clients, management, and internal departments to ensure business continuity and effective project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor O&M plans and schedules, ensuring timely follow-up on work orders, service requests, and breakdowns.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Security Systems and ELV technologies, such as CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks.
- Manage engineering and technical teams, efficiently allocating tasks and resources, and monitoring training needs.
- Review maintenance reports and technical documentation, preparing and tracking KPIs and SLAs to report to management and clients.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, Suppliers, and Contractors regarding project requirements for spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Track project scope, budget, costs, and the quality of execution to guarantee compliance with contract standards, health, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to address comments, requirements, and corrective actions.
- Oversee project documentation and records, actively monitoring risks and operational issues, and escalating them as needed with recommended solutions.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ITIL certification or other relevant Operation & Maintenance and Services Management certifications are advantageous.
- Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred.
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Experience managing Security Systems and ELV projects, with knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks.
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices and processes.
- Understanding of KPIs and SLAs, including experience in preparing performance reports.
- Proven ability to manage project teams, resources, costs, risks, and overall project scope effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, and fluency in the English language.
