Project Manager - JVs Enablement

About the Job: The company, a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East for over seven decades, is seeking a Project Manager for Joint Ventures (JVs) Enablement. This role involves driving high-impact JV enablement initiatives across the company's JV portfolio, translating strategic vision into structured programs and measurable outcomes. Collaborating with company functions and JV leadership, you will ensure JVs are effectively onboarded and integrated.

Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end delivery of JV enablement projects, including new JV onboarding and major change initiatives. - Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans, ensuring clarity and consistency. - Serve as a change agent, enhancing project efficiencies and outcomes for JV partners. - Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication toolkits. - Identify and address execution gaps and risks, proposing practical solutions. - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and local brand teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: - Extensive experience in project/program management or business enablement. - Strong exposure to complex, matrixed environments, with a preference for JV and retail experience. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
