The Project Manager will be responsible for directing and managing the project development throughout its lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and managing defects and fixes as necessary
- Documenting project inter-dependencies and listing assumptions and constraints
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Optimizing conflict resolution within the project team
- Organizing workshops, including venue selection, material creation, and attendee invitations
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Analyzing results and troubleshooting problem areas
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential pain points, and implementing contingency plans
- Identifying lessons learned and proposing improvements to the project management process
- Managing overall compliance with legal, audit, risk management divisions, and external regulations related to electronic and mobile banking solutions
- Leading daily/weekly stand-ups and Project Board/Steering Committee meetings
- Ensuring all team members have the required information, timesheets, and resources for effective task execution.
