About the Role
This position requires owning the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery against the agreed scope, time, and budget. The candidate will serve as the company's technical project management interface to the vendor/partners/client project team and will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenditure, forecasting costs, and reporting variances to the Head of PMO.

Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and report variances to the Head of PMO.
- Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
- Plan and coordinate the allocation of internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Utilize project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence; experience with Zoho Project is preferred.
- Manage and track project risks and revenue-generating professional services.
- Escalate critical risks, blockers, and decisions to the Head of PMO in a timely manner.
- Motivate groups of people to complete projects on time with excellent delivery.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers and coordinators within the PMO.
- Promote collaborative work across departments and resolve team-level conflicts constructively.
- Proactively liaise with vendors to identify, escalate, and resolve product deficiencies, bugs, and support requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing IT, Cybersecurity, and IT Asset Management projects.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- PMP certified.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools such as ZOHO Project, MS Project, etc.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Completed at least three large projects in the areas of Cybersecurity, IT Asset Management, ITSM, or any solution-oriented services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, integration with other IT and networking solutions, and cloud architecture.
- Demonstrated people management skills and ability to lead for results on projects with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to travel is required.
