Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring projects are within budget.
- Address any scope changes or risks with effective management techniques.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resources are aligned and available for project success.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure minimal project disruption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Track project progress, adjust plans when necessary, and ensure goals are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Contribute to refining project management practices and governance, enhancing project delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing business-related projects.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
- Should be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Project Management.
- Experience in managing government projects, with a strong background in PMO (Project Management Office) setup.
- Experience in VRO’s, PMO, or TMO (structure and procedures, etc.) is advantageous.
- Project Management related Certification is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
