About the Job:
The company's Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors such as financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. The role involves a blend of working in company offices, client sites, and from home, but note that 100% remote work is not an option.

Your Role:
As an Engagement Manager – SAP Data & Analytics at the company, you will:

• Lead client engagements focused on SAP-based data solutions and analytics initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
• Utilize engagement management tools to monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP data solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Drive business development within existing accounts and support proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in SAP Data & Analytics projects.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in managing SAP Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong proficiency in SAP data platforms (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence) and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with engagement management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
