Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will lead, manage, and deliver large-scale government infrastructure projects, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. Additionally, you will support the organization in process improvement to continually enhance the effectiveness of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and milestones, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Manage client and consultant expectations to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance on technical aspects of design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets while ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 years of work experience in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
