Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and milestones, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Manage client and consultant expectations to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance on technical aspects of design, construction, and commissioning.
- Prepare and manage project budgets while ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
