Position

The company Automation Solutions MEA is inviting applications for the position of Project Manager for its Flow Control Valves Business Unit. The Project Manager will be stationed in Dubai, UAE, and is responsible for handling large and medium-sized projects related to Control Valves, primarily for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metals, and Mining industries. The role encompasses the complete execution cycle of projects, including techno-commercial support during the project pursuit phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage KOB1 and KOB2 projects through both pursuit and execution phases.
  • Lead a cross-functional project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Host and lead quotation strategy meetings, negotiate project scopes, change orders, and progress payments with stakeholders.
  • Establish the project plan, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and internal resources.
  • Conduct regular progress review meetings and maintain internal and external communication.
  • Oversee project financial metrics in conjunction with the Project Financial Analyst.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in the Control Valves field preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in a customer-facing Project Management role within industrial valves or similar sectors.
  • Middle East experience is advantageous.
  • Valid PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.

  • On-site position in Dubai, full-time.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
