The Project Manager role is focused on overseeing and delivering development programs for UAE Nationals at the company, aimed at building a robust retail talent pipeline across the region. This position centers on talent management, ensuring the successful rollout of graduate development programs and facilitating graduates’ career progression through structured development plans and program completion.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the graduates’ journey, coordinating with various stakeholders to secure necessary resources, and collaborating with functional leaders to tailor Individual Development Plans that align with both program and business objectives. The Project Manager will assess graduates’ skills and match them with suitable roles, monitor their progress throughout the program, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to promote success.

Additionally, the role involves identifying high-potential graduates for future leadership positions, maintaining regular communication with participants, and overseeing the budget and headcount for the graduate program.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a preference for a master's degree in a related field. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of Human Resources experience, particularly in talent management and graduate programs, along with a strong grasp of HR best practices and performance management.
