Position

The Project Manager for Medical Provider Management in Africa will drive the planning and delivery of regional projects, collaborating closely with local medical provider managers and central teams. This role includes overseeing the expansion and optimization of the medical provider network across Africa while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality service coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of medical network projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closing.
  • Review and enhance existing network agreements and pursue new provider partnerships.
  • Implement strategies to streamline network operations and improve relationships with providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PMO, Operations, Claims Edits, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations in Africa.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Africa as required.
