The company Automation Solutions MEA is inviting applications for the position of Project Manager for its Flow Control Valves Business Unit, stationed in Dubai, UAE. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large and medium-size projects with Control Valves primarily in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Metals & Mining industries. This position encompasses the complete execution cycle of projects, providing techno-commercial support during the project pursuit phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple large, complex multinational projects throughout their pursuit and execution phases.
- Lead a virtual multi-function project team which includes members from various departments such as Global Project Pursuit, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Host and lead quotation strategy meetings, negotiate project scope changes, and manage commercial terms with customers and partners.
- Drive the development of the project plan, working with internal project and resource managers to ensure alignment and the achievement of milestones and financial targets.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Who You Are:
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and digital capabilities (e.g., MS Office, Power BI).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
- Preferably 10-12 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, specifically in the industrial valves business or related fields.
- Experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred.
- Valid PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
