Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for on-time delivery and adherence to Safety, Quality, Costs, Cash, and Delivery (SQCCD) for the Region portfolio. You will ensure sales target achievements and manage margin achievements along with cash flow, including billing and past dues for the Region portfolio. Your role includes regular risk and opportunities assessments, definition of mitigation/action plans, and ensuring project monitoring to escalate any risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality project management processes and tools compliance, overseeing key PM process transformation initiatives.
• Support project managers in high-risk project negotiations with partners, contractors, and customers, directly managing crisis situations as needed.
• Enforce quality processes and improvements in the Region, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering/Business Diploma or equivalent education.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for large projects or a project portfolio, with domestic and/or export exposure.
• Strong understanding of the business market, with international exposure and awareness.

• Knowledge of the energy market and its customer base.
• PMP certification is a plus.
