About the Job: The Project Manager will be responsible for providing proposal and estimating support by responding to client briefs with detailed technical and creative proposals. The role involves preparing and revising quotations for AV and event production services, ensuring that they are accurate and align with client needs. Additionally, the Project Manager will support freelance project managers and sales teams with pre-production planning and documentation, as well as manage dry hire quoting and tracking to optimize resource utilization and revenue capture. Key responsibilities include: - Proposal & Estimating Support: - Responding to client briefs with detailed proposals. - Preparing and revising quotations for AV and event production services. - Supporting freelance PMs and Sales teams with documentation. - Managing dry hire quoting and tracking. - CAD & Visual Support: - Creating and updating technical drawings using Vectorworks and CAD. - Collaborating with the Creative Team to enhance proposals with visuals. - Project Support: - Liaising with Sales, PMs, and Operations to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility. - Maintaining organized documentation and ensuring timely communication of updates. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD is essential. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. - Familiarity with AV and live event production workflows. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Experience with technical diagramming and quoting tools. - Strong collaboration skills across departments and functions.
