Position

As the Oncology Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing oncology franchise Access strategies across the full product lifecycle in Oman, which encompasses pre-registration, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Oncology Access strategies to achieve early access goals for existing and new launches, aligned with brand strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to enable optimal patient access and support key account engagement.
  • Lead engagements with payers and key stakeholders to secure reimbursement and patient access for the company's oncology portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in Oman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement market access tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Generate insights on the healthcare market and develop solutions to enhance patient referral pathways and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's ethical standards and local regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in the Oman Oncology market.
  • Strong oral, written, and group communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical thinking related to problem-solving and decision-making.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial background with experience in market access, account management, or pre-launch activities.
  • Participation in shaping healthcare policies through industry working groups.
  • Digital proficiency in tools supporting data-driven decision-making.
