Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using project management tools and methodologies.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency measures to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reporting to senior management.
- Optimize operational processes by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, performance metrics, and status updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an operations-focused environment.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
