Project Management Experience Handing Projects with Multiple HCM/ERP modules involved. Managing Productivity, quality of deliverables, SOW obligation fulfilment, on-time delivery with aligned effort per PCB or better, scope monetization, talent planning, customer/stakeholder management. Proven experience managing projects of similar size and complexity. Familiarity with project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, risk management, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of project management software tools and applications.
