Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects from brief through to construction, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and client expectations.
- Manage quality systems and ensure service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support senior leaders and project teams with timely, accurate task delivery and coordination.
- Oversee project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure financial integrity.
- Lead consultant and design teams collaboratively to meet strategic KPIs and project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the long-term development of the business unit.
- Promote a culture of safety and well-being, applying Mace’s HSW framework and local regulations across all project activities.
Requirements:
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
- Proven experience delivering real estate projects with strong stakeholder and team leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability across project life cycles.
- Understanding of sustainability and carbon considerations in modern construction delivery.
