The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, managing teams, mitigating risks, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wireless/satellite communication systems.
- Oversee system-level design, including network topologies, protocols, and integration of communication technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and external partners to define project scope and key milestones.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship in wireless and satellite communication systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and proactively manage risks.
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 7+ years of experience in technical project management in the wireless communication industry, particularly in satellite communication systems.
- Experience with managing large-scale, complex projects is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects with international teams is advantageous.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of wireless communication principles and satellite communication technologies.
- Familiarity with satellite communication protocols such as DVB, SCPC, and IP-based systems.
- Ability to create and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred; Agile or Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
