About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager for the delivery of the company's Enterprise Imaging (Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)) to customers primarily in the Middle East region. This position will be based in our office in Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner through budgeting, planning, monitoring, and change and risk management.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Be the primary contact for the customer within the project scope.
- Set up and validate service budgets during the sales period and monitor project budgets during implementation.
- Organize internal and customer kick-off meetings, manage customer expectations, and oversee the request and control of customer obligations for cooperation.
- Set up project schedules, including activities and resources, as well as implementation strategies.
- Monitor, steer, and control projects regarding time, budget, and quality.
- Initialize project invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Manage project risks and ensure quality management.
- Assure comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage third-party suppliers involved in project deliverables.
- Organize the handover from sales to implementation service and from implementation service to support.
- Report project status to the regional Implementation Manager.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A professional with experience in delivering medium to large scale/multi-site projects within a clinical environment, particularly for customers in the Middle East region.
- At least 6 years of PACS/RIS Project Management experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- An Arabic speaker.
- Someone with a strong understanding of technical and IT systems; knowledge of hospital and radiology workflows is a plus.
- A candidate willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications
To be a successful Project Manager, you should have:
- A Project Management Professional Certification such as PMP, Prince 2 (Minimum Foundation level; preferably Practitioner) or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with international teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels.
- The capability to work under pressure within tight timescales.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
