Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain project safety culture; enforce company and customer safety policies.
- Support the quality program with audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Provide constructability inputs during contract phases.
- Analyze contract terms to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines to recommend field condition solutions.
- Manage and supervise field engineers and construction consultants.
- Prepare training materials for technical teams.
- Exercise professional judgment to resolve typical construction questions and problems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction in a contractor role or similar senior role.
- Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of international standards and safety procedures.
- Experience with process improvement tools, such as Six Sigma, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
