Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful execution of Grid Automation Orders booked in UAE.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure all order execution activities align with the company policies and contractual agreements, while meeting quality standards, health, safety, environmental requirements, and financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and manage satisfaction through timely project execution.
- Conduct project reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment.
- Identify risks and negotiate solutions for escalated issues, particularly those raised by customers.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities related to scope, time, and cost, coordinating with the Head of Project Management Team for regular reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines while living up to the company's core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent with a strong technical background.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and convince stakeholders in the interests of the project.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines within a collaborative, cross-cultural team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
- Experience with the company's Products (IEDs & SCADAs) and utilities is a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
