You will lead and coordinate dedicated project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects across various domains, including sales, engineering, procurement, quality, and customer relations. Responsibilities:
- Fulfil customer contracts by meeting deadlines, managing costs, and achieving objectives while closely monitoring project budgets.
- Create and maintain detailed execution schedules for major projects within your portfolio.
- Establish and agree on communication channels with customers regarding various project aspects.
- Manage timely and effective communication with regional stakeholders to ensure coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with involved parties and provide updates to senior-level project management.
- Attend clarification and kick-off meetings, preparing and distributing relevant activity reports.
- Collaborate with global and local procurement to oversee pre-procurement of long lead items, inventory management, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing operations to align project completion with customer schedules and budgets, developing solutions to potential issues.
- Record project milestones and maintain correspondence records, producing close-out summaries that include cost analyses.
- Support customer change requests to achieve optimal solutions for successful project deliveries.
- Lead frequent team calls to facilitate project execution.
- Provide monthly progress reports on project status.
- Manage quality incidents through eQMS, ensuring timely resolution and availability of RCA/8Ds where applicable.
- Assist in process streamlining activities, compliance with ISO IQMs, and support SES initiatives.
- Undertake additional project delivery tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate complex project specifications effectively.
- Strong focus on achieving goals and objectives aligned with prioritized tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of basic finance principles.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in a matrix environment, adept at swift problem resolution and reaching consensus under tight deadlines.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar credential is preferred.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project; experience with Project Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Teamcenter) is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to varied environments.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.

- Develop specific project plans ensuring successful delivery and empower team members to make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
