What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise the preparation, design, and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
- Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.
- Liaise with other district Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members, including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines, and quantity surveyors.
- Plan, program, and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.
- Provide high level liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
- Participate in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as required.
- Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of development trends and technologies.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the masterplan/urban design field showing increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience managing groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms or on the client side.
- Experience dealing with GCC-based municipalities and developers.
- Proven leadership and delivery ability.
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
