As a Project Manager in Procurement / Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize supply chains and strategic procurement processes. Your entrepreneurial talent will be demonstrated through project controlling and customer acquisition.

You will face a broad range of challenges, working with diverse customer portfolios and project assignments in various industries, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, and healthcare. You will closely consult with customers as their main contact, conducting workshops, negotiations, and presentations. Your professional expertise will also help drive knowledge development within the company while ensuring that your team grows both professionally and personally.

What You'll Bring:

  • University degree with above-average grades and 4-8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive expertise in consulting, ideally in procurement/supply chain management, along with a passion for strategic and operational work.
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills at the management level in demanding projects.
  • Strong commitment to customer orientation and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead teams successfully and authentically, fostering a grounded and fair environment.
  • Confident in an international setting, business fluent in English, and flexible with professional mobility.
