- Proven analytical and conceptual skills at a management level through demanding projects.
- Strong commitment, customer orientation, and a cooperative demeanor; experience in successfully leading teams.
- Ability to thrive in a team, maintain humility, treat others fairly, and display authenticity.
- Confident demeanor in an international environment; business fluent in English and flexible in terms of professional mobility.
