We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and dynamic Project Manager to lead the deployment of successful Opus projects for our clients. In this customer-facing role, you will define and lead strategic initiatives that have significant business impacts. Your responsibilities will include executing Statements of Work (SOW), partnering with clients to define success, aligning internal departments, managing risks, and delivering critical client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Execution: Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, build detailed project plans, establish governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track project health.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main contact for clients, facilitate discovery sessions, translate requirements into actionable plans, and support user acceptance testing and training.
- Risk, Scope, and Quality Control: Identify risks, ensure documentation is up to date, monitor scope changes, and maintain delivery quality standards.
- Internal Collaboration & Delivery Maturity: Partner with Product and Engineering, mentor team members, and contribute to resource planning.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or program coordination.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex IT projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, or Asana.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with enterprise implementations or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) are advantageous.
