Project Manager - Project Management - China

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic investment, joint venture, and technology-focused projects. The successful candidate will drive financial and commercial evaluations, support deal structuring and negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
• Lead JV structuring, financial modeling, valuation, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage project execution across finance, legal, commercial, and technical teams.
• Support partnerships and investment initiatives involving Chinese stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in investment management, corporate development, JV management, or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in defense, technology, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
