Project Manager

As a Project Manager at the company, you will play a vital role in successfully bringing people together to execute and manage project work plans tailored to meet changing needs and requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope while ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.
• Reviewing team deliverables before client handover.
• Tracking team activity weekly and reporting on project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Handling Business Process Re-engineering and performance development, while leading the project team in developing and managing the Project Management plan.

You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and negotiation skills are applied throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve risk management, project commitment management, and providing technical support to sales teams and customers.

About You:

• Extensive travel outside of the home area may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering, preferably with an emphasis on control systems.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, particularly with Solution and Oil & Gas projects.
• A proven track record in managing construction-type projects and a strong understanding of project specifications.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project.
• Strong commercial, financial control, and contract management skills.
• Effective communicator and team builder with leadership capabilities.

Language Requirements:

Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at a senior level, which may require proficiency in additional languages depending on project assignments and locations.
