Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects/programs using technologies such as Informatica suite, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Python for data models across Risk, Finance, and other business units.
- Oversee machine learning, AI, and data science projects while ensuring data governance across the organization.
- Control the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and ensure smooth coordination among various teams.
- Maintain all work-stream/project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance processes.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, perform resource planning, and document project inter-dependencies.
- Monitor project budgets, ensure deliverables align with agreed quality measures, and lead daily/weekly stand-ups.
- Develop progress reports, analyze results, and manage changes in project scope.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements concerning electronic and mobile banking solutions.
Role Specific Knowledge:
- Strong familiarity with project management principles, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
Prior Work Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a banking/financial institution.
- Over 14 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in the Finance/Banking industry.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- IT degree or equivalent working experience.
- Professional certification (PMP/Prince 2) preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and Project.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be beneficial.
