Project Manager

This role involves managing, supervising, and controlling the development and implementation of a variety of major multi-disciplined engineering projects in Abu Dhabi, from inception to completion and handover. The focus is on new plants and facilities, as well as modifications to existing systems, ensuring optimal and economically viable project development in line with Shareholders' guidelines.

Key responsibilities include leading and providing technical input for proposals, managing procurement and contract tendering, overseeing project management consultants, and directing project teams through all phases of execution. Ensuring adherence to sound project management principles and company standards is crucial, as is preparing work programs and contractor terms of reference.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Project Engineering/Execution in Oil & Gas projects, including 5 years in a leadership role. Candidates should possess strong project management skills, knowledge of contracts, planning, and budget/cost control, and hold a PMP certification.
